Team roster for 23-24 is posted below after tryouts

ISM Gymnastics team train 3 days per week (M/W/F) from 3:15-4:50pm and our team competes in local meets and one overseas meet each year. *Note- not all who tryout will be able to make the team as it will depend on ability and the number of positions available. Our team roster maximum is 36 gymnasts who will work with a team of six coaches. Selected gymnasts must commit to practice 3x per week.

1. Team practice schedule is every Mon, Wed, and Fri, 3:15pm-4:45pm.

2. All gymnasts are required to wear their practice leotards during training. They will not be allowed to train wearing their school uniform.

3. Attendance is closely monitored. In case of absence or tardiness, please let Coach Ajjie know. If a gymnast is absent for 2 consecutive practices a check in email will be sent.

4. For students who are engaged in other sports/activities, make sure that they are able to attend gymnastics training a minimum of twice a week. Please send an email to Coach Ajjie to give him a heads up so he can take note which days they are coming. Once per week training is not allowed and your position on the team may be revoked if you cannot commit to the training sessions required.

For the selected overseas meet- Our Gymnastics Team may be able to travel overseas in SY 23-24. TBC?

Information below will be updated if an overseas meet is confirmed for SY 23-24. Meet entry deadline and information to be advised by Coach Ajjie/Ramon.

Please advise Coach Ajjie by email by if you intend to enter this meet. No late entries are accepted. Entry fee will be converted to peso and charged to parents school account if you attend the meet. No refunds will be given if you withdraw after the specified deadline. Parents are free to book their own flights and hotel accommodation. Gymnasts and parents are expected to be at the meet site for Friday warm-up session and in time for full warm-up on competition day(s). Check with Coach Ajjie for the meet schedule once it is released. ISM coaches attending will stay at a hotel near to the meet venue. The number of coaches attending will be based on number of gymnast entries. Please note a parent(s) must accompany gymnasts to this competition. Gymnasts cannot attend alone or in the care of coaches.

Parent support- The ISM Gymnastics team and coaches are supported by a group of parent volunteers. Areas that the liaisons/parents work on in cooperation with the coaches and ATAC are team leotard/tracksuit ordering, ISM Goodwill meet planning and the overseas meet trip planning to name a few.
